This role will provide financial leadership, oversee accounting operations, and act as a strategic partner to ownership and operations. <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a controllership or senior accounting leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction or industrial services accounting, including job cost, WIP, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.</li><li>Proficiency with industry accounting systems (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint, Procore, or similar ERP platforms).</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both day-to-day details and big-picture financial strategy.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across operations and executive leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p>
