Reporting directly to executive leadership, the position offers an excellent opportunity to shape financial strategy and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate and confidential consideration, reach out to Tammy Power via LinkedIn</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the development and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.</p><p>• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial close, consolidations, and accurate financial statements.</p><p>• Ensure robust internal controls are in place while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor cost accounting, inventory management, and key production metrics.</p><p>• Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to optimize reporting and decision-making.</p><p>• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital expenditure strategies.</p><p>• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering growth and development.</p><p>• Partner with senior leadership to formulate financial strategies and assess risk management initiatives.</p><p>• Contribute to the organization’s financial transformation by implementing scalable structures for future growth.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.<br>• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.<br>• Proven expertise in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or similar industries.<br>• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and operational finance.<br>• Demonstrated success in implementing financial systems and streamlining processes.<br>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments and influence strategic decisions.<br>• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.<br>• Leadership skills to mentor and develop teams while driving organizational success.
