• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in budgeting, operations, or management analysis. • At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a detail-oriented work environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive outcomes. • Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly. • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing sensitive information under pressure. • Valid California driver’s license and candidates must complete required verification procedures. • Proficiency in annual budgeting, month-end close processes, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
