The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle accounting and a strong grasp of financial processes. This role is perfect for someone with a proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios and deliver accurate financial reporting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial reports and client-ready statements with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients and partners to address accounting challenges and provide advisory insights.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement solutions.</p><p>• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.</p><p>• Prioritize and manage multiple client deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services.</p><p>• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on financial matters and best practices.</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.<br>• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.<br>• Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax compliance.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.<br>• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.<br>• High level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work.
