We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for a large workforce across multiple states. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for over 500 employees. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner. • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed. • Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide clear communication. • Assist in improving payroll workflows and implementing best practices. • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including full-cycle and multi-state payroll. • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems. • Experience handling payroll for organizations with 500+ employees. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
