<p>We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our California client on a fully remote basis. This is a long-term contract role requiring someone who is detail oriented and can manage complex litigation cases, specifically those involving commercial disputes and real estate components. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling legal motions and conducting thorough case evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare motions, including motions to compel and motions to quash, ensuring legal arguments are robust and well-supported.</p><p>• Conduct detailed evaluations of cases to identify pending issues and develop effective strategies.</p><p>• Manage discovery processes, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and analyzing evidence.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to mediate disputes within specified timeframes.</p><p>• Provide expertise in commercial litigation, particularly cases involving real estate and trust and estate matters.</p><p>• Draft legal briefs, ensuring precision and adherence to legal standards.</p><p>• Stay up-to-date with relevant legal precedents and apply them to case strategies.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure alignment and understanding.</p>

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.<br>• Extensive experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on commercial disputes and real estate.<br>• Demonstrated ability to draft and file legal motions, including compelling and quashing motions.<br>• Proficient in managing discovery processes and analyzing case evidence.<br>• Strong knowledge of trust and estate litigation.<br>• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
