This role blends administrative precision with service-focused communication and is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments where reliability matters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up</li><li>Track operational workflows, documentation, and deliverables</li><li>Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership</li><li>Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence</li><li>Maintain organized records in compliance with established standards</li><li>Support scheduling, meetings, and operational planning</li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements</li></ul>
<ul><li>3+ years of administrative, operations, or client coordination experience</li><li>Experience in regulated or government-adjacent environments preferred</li><li>Strong written communication and documentation skills</li><li>High level of accountability and follow-through</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems</li></ul><p><br></p>
