Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in University City, Missouri. In this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate assistance with inquiries and concerns.<br>• Process customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and provide updates as necessary.<br>• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, following company guidelines and compliance standards.<br>• Demonstrate a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and enhancing their overall experience.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.<br>• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.<br>• Adhere to established protocols and procedures to maintain high service standards.<br>• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is strongly preferred.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with order entry systems and customer relationship management tools.<br>• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.<br>• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
