This light-level position is ideal for candidates who have recently completed an accounting internship or have a year+ in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of basic accounting principles, especially a solid understanding of <strong>debits and credits</strong> and experience with <strong>preparing journal entries and reconciliations. </strong></p><p>You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and post <strong>journal entries</strong> accurately and on time.</li><li>Help process <strong>accounts payable and receivable</strong> transactions as needed.</li><li>Support <strong>bank and account reconciliations</strong>.</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.</li><li>Work closely with other team members to maintain accurate and organized financial records.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field (or strong internship experience will be considered)</p><p>• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.</p><p>• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and their application in financial transactions.</p><p>• Experience with account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.</p><p>• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.</p>
