HR Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including employee onboarding, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to support organizational goals effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the organization.</p><p>• Assist with light recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening candidates.</p><p>• Provide employee relations support, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns.</p><p>• Oversee HR software implementation and ensure successful adoption across the company.</p><p>• Set up devices and manage remote access for employees as part of light IT responsibilities.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable legal standards.</p><p>• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping within HR systems.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in Human Resources administration and processes.</p><p>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their implementation.</p><p>• Strong understanding of onboarding procedures and recruitment practices.</p><p>• Knowledge of employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.</p><p>• Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments.</p><p>• Ability to perform light IT tasks, including device setup and remote access.</p><p>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills</p>
