As part of our manufacturing industry, this position requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate, troubleshoot, and provide outstanding service to our clients. This is a contract opportunity, offering the chance to grow within a dynamic organization while supporting our valued customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent the company's culture, values, and commitment to excellence in all customer interactions.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing empathetic and attentive support.</p><p>• Recommend and sell products or services tailored to meet customer needs and preferences.</p><p>• Accurately input customer information and inquiry details into company databases.</p><p>• Apply technical expertise to resolve product-related issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.</p><p>• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.</p><p>• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills, passing any required assessments.</p><p>• Provide feedback and report trends observed during customer interactions to the management team.</p><p>• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling, including occasional weekend shifts as needed.</p>

<p>• Previous experience in a customer service call center environment.</p><p>• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to products and appliances.</p><p>• Familiarity with coffee and espresso beans, with appreciation for coffee shop culture.</p><p>• Proficiency in using technology and systems for customer service tasks.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.</p><p>• Capability to work a variable schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends.</p><p>• Commitment to growth and continuous learning with attention to detail.</p><p>• Bilingual French Canadian or Spanish</p>
