Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and multitasking, while contributing to key projects and initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the production manager, assisting with projects such as training video preparation.<br>• Manage and track uniform distribution programs, ensuring employees receive their allocated uniforms on anniversary dates.<br>• Oversee shoe expense tracking, inventory management, and ordering to maintain adequate supplies.<br>• Match field workers' timesheets to purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Occasionally serve as backup for the front desk to support operational needs.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation related to administrative processes.<br>• Utilize Excel and Outlook for efficient data tracking and communication.<br>• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other document preparation as required.<br>• Coordinate schedules and support interview arrangements as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Experience handling purchase orders and employee timesheets.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and manage ordering processes.<br>• Comfortable working 100% onsite in Tempe, Arizona.<br>• Prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
