<ul><li>A minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with mid-size to large companies.</li><li>Experience using large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).</li><li>Technical accounting exposure (ASC guidance, revenue recognition, lease accounting, etc.) strongly preferred.</li><li>Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm) is a strong plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CPA-track preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in dynamic client environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
