We are looking for an experienced Shared Services Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join our team in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. This role focuses on managing accounts receivable for various secondary insurance balances, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross, Workers Comp, Auto, and other non-Medicare payers. The position requires expertise in claim denial routing and resolution, as well as proficiency in utilizing multiple internal systems. As a Contract to potential long-term opportunity, this role offers the possibility for career growth in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable processes for secondary insurance balances across multiple payer types, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Investigate and resolve claim denials by applying knowledge of financial classes and leveraging centralized routing systems. • Utilize internal systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and the Patient Accounting System to perform daily tasks and maintain records. • Provide coverage for the front desk, adhering to established security protocols and high standards. • Support training initiatives by mentoring or shadowing newer team members to enhance team performance. • Assist in special accounts receivable projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing, collections, and account follow-up challenges. • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational policies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all accounts receivable activities.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare industry. • Proficiency with accounting software systems, including Oracle and ERP solutions. • Strong knowledge of medical billing, collections, and patient billing processes. • Familiarity with secondary insurance payers, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Workers Comp. • Ability to handle claim denials and resolve issues efficiently. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders. • Experience with front desk operations and adherence to security protocols.
