This organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to help oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This individual will play a key role in managing the month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational — comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the work done while also driving process improvements and supporting the company’s financial goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Help oversee the daily operations of the accounting department</li><li>Help manage and mentor accounting staff; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback</li><li>Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide analysis to support business decisions</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives</li><li>Assist the Controller or CFO with special projects as needed</li></ul>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills.</p>
