Marketing Communications Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team in Sylmar, California. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of creative and strategic projects within the construction industry. The role involves a mix of graphic design, content creation, and communication tasks, providing support to internal teams and enhancing external visibility.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with job sites and office teams to develop engaging social media content.<br>• Design graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and bid proposal presentations.<br>• Create and manage corporate intranet communications.<br>• Assist in uploading and maintaining content on company websites.<br>• Organize and update content and photo databases.<br>• Ensure all communication materials align with corporate branding and style guidelines.<br>• Develop advertisements and direct marketing materials.<br>• Support public relations initiatives to enhance company visibility.<br>• Coordinate photo and video shoots as well as events for social media purposes.<br>• Review, edit, and contribute to project award submissions from various business units.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on graphic design and communications.<br>• Previous experience in the construction industry is required.<br>• Proficiency in creating graphic presentations for bid proposals.<br>• Skilled in designing social media assets for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.<br>• Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations requiring attention to detail.<br>• Strong copywriting and marketing communication abilities.<br>• Familiarity with email campaigns and social media content creation.<br>• Ability to work on a PC (Mac equipment is not provided).
