We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Suwanee, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate financial records. If you have a strong background in accounts receivable and are passionate about maintaining precise documentation, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Generate and distribute customer invoices and account statements in an accurate and timely manner. • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. • Maintain and update accounts receivable records, including payment documentation and account statuses. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in customer accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ledger and journal updates are complete and accurate. • Provide shared services support across various affiliated entities to streamline processes. • Assist with general accounting tasks as needed to support the department. • Prepare custom reports and complete assignments as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. • Proficiency in handling cash applications and billing functions. • Strong knowledge of commercial collections processes. • Familiarity with accounts receivable systems and tools. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and affiliates. • Effective communication skills for resolving inquiries and discrepancies.
