<p>Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting functions and contribute to overall financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Excel, and a keen interest in expanding their accounting skills.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries.</li><li>Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks, ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Generate financial reports and perform ad-hoc analysis using Excel.</li><li>Help identify discrepancies and resolve issues in financial records.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance.</li><li>Support special projects and other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.</li><li>0–2 years of accounting experience (internships or prior work strongly valued).</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
