We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Stafford, Texas. This is a long-term contract opportunity for an individual with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Receive and evaluate incoming materials to determine appropriate disposition.<br>• Coordinate pre-kitting operations by assessing personnel and material requirements according to schedules.<br>• Conduct cycle counts and utilize electronic inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records.<br>• Identify inventory needs and place replenishment orders with the procurement team.<br>• Oversee Kanban processes to support laboratory operations efficiently.<br>• Maintain detailed receiving logs by following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.<br>• Perform picking and kitting tasks to ensure readiness for production.<br>• Manage materials based on specific storage conditions and requirements.<br>• Provide shipping and receiving support to internal customers.<br>• Safely transport materials using pallet jacks and carts to designated storage areas.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.<br>• Proficiency in inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.<br>• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving functions.<br>• Familiarity with supply inventory and warehouse environment practices.<br>• Ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Capable of safely operating material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
