We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. In this role, you will play a key part in managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth payment processes. Responsibilities: • Verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Enter invoice details into accounting systems promptly and accurately. • Prepare and execute payment transactions, including checks and electronic transfers. • Reconcile vendor accounts and company expenditures to ensure financial accuracy. • Address vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Assist in the coding of invoices to ensure proper allocation. • Perform check runs and ensure timely processing of payments.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Experience with coding invoices and invoice processing. • Familiarity with check runs and payment systems. • Problem-solving skills to handle vendor discrepancies effectively.
