• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing support.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.<br>• Experience with email correspondence and precise communication.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.<br>• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation tasks.<br>• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order entry and customer interactions.
