Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brevard, North Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing various customer interactions effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, ensuring a seamless experience.<br>• Process leads from other departments and follow up with customers on product offerings.<br>• Maintain and update records in company systems while adhering to compliance guidelines.<br>• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.<br>• Uphold high performance standards in both quality and quantity of work.<br>• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members.<br>• Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and voice messages with professionalism.<br>• Support departmental goals by participating in training and assisting with various tasks as needed.<br>• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software.<br>• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.<br>• Skilled in handling multiple computer systems and navigating between them.<br>• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.<br>• Experience in customer service, including call center operations, order entry, and email correspondence.<br>• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or adjust schedules as required.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
