Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Contract basis in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This role involves managing key customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage key customer accounts by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Handle order intake processes, including entering and coordinating customer orders.<br>• Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, and technical concerns.<br>• Track incoming shipments and backorders to provide timely updates to customers.<br>• Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.<br>• Maintain and update technical documentation and resources.<br>• Participate in employee development programs, including training on products and applications.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support business growth initiatives and administrative activities.<br>• Prepare reports and provide information as requested by management.<br>• Act as a backup for team members in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and inventory-related issues.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and compressors is a plus.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.<br>• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
