We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simpsonville, South Carolina. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers, managing communications, and ensuring smooth application processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle outbound and inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide assistance.<br>• Guide customers through loan application processes, ensuring all steps are completed accurately.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while soliciting customers and promoting services.<br>• Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and resolve issues effectively.<br>• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, coordinating necessary steps with the company.<br>• Support customers by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.<br>• Perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed records of interactions.<br>• Uphold company standards by following established protocols for communication and service.<br>• Assist with background, drug, and credit checks as required during the hiring process.<br>• Provide clear and consistent updates to customers and team members regarding application status.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle customer interactions.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining detailed records.<br>• Willingness to complete licensing requirements as directed by the company.<br>• Familiarity with call center operations is preferred.<br>• Must pass background, drug, and credit checks as part of the hiring process.
