<p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Healthcare industry experience is required (Hospital, Clinic, Health System, Physician Group, or Similar)</li><li>Proven financial leadership experience — CFO or Controller level preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer models, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred </li><li>Strong communicator skilled at cross-functional leadership and decision support</li></ul>
