<p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Manufacturing accounting experience is required</li><li>Strong background in cost accounting and plant-level financial operations</li><li>ERP implementation or systems upgrade experience strongly preferred</li><li>Proven ability to partner closely with operations — not just report the numbers</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA is a plus</li></ul>
