Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of audits and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring follow-ups are handled efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and schedule audits to meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution.<br>• Arrange travel accommodations for auditors, which will constitute approximately 25% of the role.<br>• Track audit outcomes, including findings or nonconformities, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.<br>• Maintain communication with auditors to ensure all necessary paperwork and updates are completed.<br>• Prepare and manage documentation related to audit processes.<br>• Follow up on any identified issues or findings to ensure resolution.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, manage, and update documents and schedules effectively.<br>• Assist with calendar management and other administrative tasks as needed.<br>• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance.<br>• Support administrative oversight to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or coordination roles.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling, calendar management, and general administrative procedures.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.<br>• Prior experience in home health or similar industries is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
