Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland. As part of this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a crucial role in managing document processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and verify client-submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Manage the certification process by sending necessary links to clients and ensuring all required forms are properly filled out.<br>• Oversee logo usage submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines when clients provide materials.<br>• Monitor and assess product testing submissions to confirm all information is correctly entered.<br>• Maintain organized records of controlled documents and update files as needed.<br>• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to clients.<br>• Assist with general administrative office tasks, including data entry and document compilation.<br>• Act as a receptionist by managing inquiries and directing communication effectively.<br>• Support the team in maintaining a streamlined document control process.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and document management.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing client inquiries.<br>• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to compile and control documents efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with office software and tools for administrative tasks.<br>• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
