For immediate consideration, please apply online first, then contact our finance talent managers at (937) 224-0600</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.</p><p>• Preparing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.</p><p>• Perform detailed account reconciliations</p><p>• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze financial data and generate reports.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities</p><p>• Work with major ERP systems to input, track, and analyze financial information.</p><p>• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports</p><p>• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities</p><p>• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.</p>

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.<br>• Familiarity with major ERP systems for financial tracking and reporting.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports.<br>• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
