Financial Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about uncovering insights through data and contributing to strategic organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and nurture effective communication and relationships across all levels of the organization.<br>• Provide system support for the business planning and consolidation platform, including training new team members, maintaining reports, and managing system hierarchies.<br>• Assist in the financial forecasting process, including strategic planning, annual target setting, and monthly integrated business planning.<br>• Update and distribute essential financial metrics and reports while analyzing enterprise business drivers to deliver insightful recommendations.<br>• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends and inform timely and strategic decision-making.<br>• Lead monthly reporting on business performance, focusing on drivers-based analysis to uncover insights and patterns.<br>• Collaborate on implementing technology solutions that align with organizational and financial needs.<br>• Prepare and evaluate business and financial models to assess opportunities and support special projects.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling techniques.<br>• Proficiency in generating and interpreting financial reports.<br>• Demonstrated ability to conduct variance analysis and ad hoc financial evaluations.<br>• Skilled in utilizing data mining methodologies to extract meaningful insights.<br>• Familiarity with annual financial reporting processes and standards.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying business trends and opportunities.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to evolving technology needs.<br>• Strong communication skills to convey financial insights effectively to various stakeholders.
