Senior Technical Project Coordinator
<p>Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Senior Technical Project Coordinator</strong> to support strategic initiatives and technology projects. This will be supporting a client in the local education industry. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-month contract </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 2-days onsite in Seattle, Washington </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday (8-5pm)</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·        Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects and programs.</p><p>·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.</p><p>·        Facilitate meetings (both in-person and virtual) with diverse stakeholders, providing clear communication and actionable outcomes.</p><p>·        Support project reporting, tracking progress, and identifying risks or issues.</p><p>·        Work alongside project managers to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.</p>
<p>·        Strong background in technical project management or coordination.</p><p>·        Proven leadership and communication skills.</p><p>·        Solid understanding of technical concepts to effectively collaborate with technical teams.</p><p>·        3–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.</p><p>·        Minimum of 2 years facilitating meetings with diverse groups, both in-person and virtual.</p><p><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong></p><p>·        Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.</p><p>·        At least 1 year of experience in educational or similar environments.</p><p>·        Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, or CAPM.</p><p>·        Experience using the ServiceNow platform for project management.</p><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><p>·        Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.</p><p>·        Thrives in collaborative environments.</p><p>·        Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</p><p>·        Adaptable in fast-paced and dynamic settings.</p>
