Responsibilities:• Coordinate and oversee all project and program activities, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines.• Develop and implement detailed plans, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress to ensure successful completion.• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, summarizing project status and key developments.• Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.• Set deadlines and manage resources effectively to achieve project milestones.• Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to address challenges and adapt plans as needed.• Ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols, maintaining consistency and reliability.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, priorities, and deliverables.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail. • 4-7 years of proven experience in project and program management. • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams. • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to upper management. • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and techniques.
