<p>Robert Half is searching for an <strong>ERP Project Manage</strong>r to support a transit company based in Olympia, WA. This Project Manager will assist the company in the implementation of Workday alongside a system integrator. This position is a long term contract opportunity that is hybrid - onsite primary. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Long-term contract (2 year long)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid - Onsite primary in Olympia, WA </p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between the business, system integrator, and product owners.</li><li>Monitor progress of the integrator’s project managers and ensure accountability to agreed timelines, deliverables, and budgets.</li><li>Facilitate daily and weekly status updates, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and tracked.</li><li>Provide project reporting to the governance group, including progress against milestones, risks, and budget status.</li><li>Coordinate across multiple vendors and three product owners, ensuring alignment and open lines of communication.</li><li>Drive project discipline by managing schedules, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft project management tools.</li><li>Keep stakeholders informed through structured reporting, dashboards, and clear communication.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Project Management experience or related role.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile and Project Management principles.</li><li>Knowledgeable in implementing ERP systems, Workday preferred (HCM, Finance and Accounting Modules).</li><li>Experienced in utilizing Microsoft tools for PM workflow and task management.</li><li>Confident in reporting findings and project timelines to c-level stakeholders. </li><li>Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.</li></ul>
