Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of office functions while providing excellent support to both staff and visitors. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage incoming mail by sorting, opening, and distributing it, as well as preparing outgoing mail and packages.<br>• Ensure office refrigerators are stocked with supplies, replenishing items from storage as needed.<br>• Handle deliveries, including faxes, FedEx packages, and other courier services, ensuring timely distribution.<br>• Operate and unload the office dishwasher on a regular basis to maintain a clean kitchen space.<br>• Keep office and lobby plants watered and healthy.<br>• Monitor and restock restroom supplies to ensure availability for employees and visitors.<br>• Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant, including preparing beverages and welcoming guests in their absence.<br>• Assist with basic HR tasks such as scanning documents and filing projects as assigned.
• Prior experience in receptionist duties or concierge services.<br>• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and route inbound calls effectively.<br>• Familiarity with administrative office tasks and supply ordering.<br>• Skilled in handling incoming and outgoing mail processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining office functions and assisting with general administrative tasks.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
