Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the office's functionality and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Based in Seattle, Washington, this position requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and the kitchen to ensure a well-maintained office environment.<br>• Prepare meeting spaces by tidying and resetting them after use, ensuring they are ready for the next session.<br>• Manage daily kitchen and shared space tasks, including restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring snacks and beverages are available.<br>• Track and update supply inventory to ensure essential items are consistently stocked.<br>• Foster a positive and efficient office experience by maintaining a welcoming and clean workspace.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.<br>• Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct inbound calls effectively.<br>• Assist with general office functions and provide support for various administrative tasks.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, with a strong focus on customer service.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and visitors.<br>• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with concierge or hospitality services is a plus.<br>• Commitment to ensuring a clean and organized office setting.
