Customer Experience Specialist
<p>We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our seasonal holiday team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of daily customer interactions while delivering outstanding service and professionalism. As an essential part of our holiday operations, you will help ensure positive customer experiences during our busiest season. Please note: the position may require working on a rotating weekend schedule; however, you will always receive two consecutive days off each week.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries each day with professionalism and a positive attitude.</li><li>Accurately process orders, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.</li><li>Track and document customer feedback, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.</li><li>Communicate effectively via both written and verbal channels to deliver excellent customer service.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a supportive, solutions-focused environment.</li><li>Troubleshoot connectivity issues promptly to assist customers efficiently.</li><li>Demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability while handling a variety of customer service tasks.</li><li>Provide timely, thorough email correspondence to address customer concerns.</li><li>Utilize multiple browser systems to manage customer interactions seamlessly</li></ul>
• Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role.<br>• Strong ability to navigate multiple browser systems efficiently.<br>• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and managing customer success.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity problems effectively.<br>• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.<br>• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
