We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to assist our client in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes. Responsibilities:• Process and review a high volume of invoices, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to maintain compliance with internal policies.• Manage vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and maintaining strong communication with vendors.• Address invoice backlogs by processing 50-60 invoices daily while maintaining high attention to detail.• Ensure proper account coding and adherence to accounting standards within the ERP system.• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify and resolve payment-related issues.• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP, Concur, and NetSuite to streamline workflows.• Assist in transitioning accounts payable systems and processes as required.• Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions efficiently and securely.

• Proven experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor management. • Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software such as NetSuite, ADP, and Concur. • Strong understanding of three-way matching processes and accrual accounting principles. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. • Ability to process high volumes of invoices while maintaining quality standards. • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams. • Basic auditing experience to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Knowledge of automated payment systems like ACH is preferred.
