In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and accuracy. • Perform account coding and reconcile discrepancies efficiently. • Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and manage check runs. • Monitor and maintain accounts payable records with precision. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the accounts payable cycle. • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment issues. • Generate reports and maintain documentation for auditing purposes. • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Proven experience in accounts payable functions, including processing invoices and payments. • Strong knowledge of account coding and invoice coding procedures. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and check runs. • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies effectively. • Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute process improvement ideas.
