We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This is a contract position designed for a candidate with expertise in financial operations, reporting, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will excel in month-end close activities and demonstrate strong analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee monthly financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.<br>• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including reporting packages, to support business decisions.<br>• Utilize OneStream to streamline financial data management and reporting.<br>• Perform detailed journal entries and reconciliations during month-end close activities.<br>• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with J-SOX requirements and internal controls.<br>• Analyze percentage of completion for manufacturing projects and ensure accurate revenue recognition.<br>• Maintain and update pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for financial tracking and reporting.<br>• Support the preparation of financial data for audits and regulatory compliance.<br>• Ensure financial operations align with manufacturing industry standards and practices.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role.<br>• Proficient in OneStream for financial reporting and data management.<br>• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry financial processes, including percentage of completion.<br>• Expertise in month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.<br>• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.<br>• Familiarity with J-SOX compliance and internal control procedures.<br>• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data accurately.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
