Account Manager
<p>Robert Half client is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their team. This position is fully remote but must be flexible to work PST hours for a total of 37.5 hours per week. This position focuses on providing exceptional administrative support to Account Executives who manage personal insurance lines for high-net-worth clients. As a vital part of operations, you will ensure seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient service delivery. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for candidates passionate about operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Account Manager Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and organize policy documents, renewal summaries, and related correspondence to support Account Executives.</p><p>• Compile and analyze insurance reports to assist with account reviews and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to secure quotes, endorsements, and necessary documents.</p><p>• Monitor and manage deadlines for renewals, endorsements, claims, and other critical account milestones.</p><p>• Prioritize and efficiently process multiple requests while adhering to strict deadlines.</p><p>• Ensure all workflows and documentation comply with confidentiality and regulatory standards.</p><p>• Assist Account Executives in preparing presentation materials and reports for client meetings.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this Account Manager position, please submit your resume today!</p>
• At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative or account management roles, preferably in personal insurance or financial services.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.<br>• Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports from agency management systems or carrier platforms.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced data management capabilities.<br>• Familiarity with systems such as AMS360 or similar is preferred.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams.<br>• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.<br>• An appropriate state insurance license is a plus, with willingness to obtain if required.
