<p>Robert Half Legal is recruiting an Employment Litigation Attorney for a boutique firm on the Peninsula (some hybrid telecommute OK) that represents entrepreneurs and founders, senior-level executives and companies (from start up to mature companies, both private and public). The firm’s practice specializes in the full range of employment litigation and counseling services, including complex, unique, and high stakes employment litigation.</p><p><br></p><p>The firm is looking for 3-10+ year practitioner with significant L& E or commercial litigation experience. The attorney applicant should have strong analytical, writing, and oral argument skills, a good academic and law firm record, and be passionate about advocacy and analyzing novel legal matters with sophisticated opposing counsel.</p><p><br></p><p>For a full-time attorney, the base salary range offered is $180,000 - 300,000+/yr, depending on experience. Bonus programs are in place that offer material additional compensation, including for matter origination and a separate bonus pool for work on the firm’s plaintiff-side cases (which the firm selectively litigates on behalf of executives).
