Responsibilities: • Process tenant collections efficiently and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy. • Oversee property accounting tasks such as depreciation calculations and cost capitalization. • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments. • Assist in onboarding new properties and tenants, ensuring seamless integration into accounting systems. • Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports. • Handle additional accounting duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.
