• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance certification is required.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in law firm billing or accounting.• At least 2 years of direct billing experience within a law firm environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, including advanced functionalities.• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.• Excellent collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with attorneys and clients.• Outstanding communication and time management capabilities.• Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliation, journal entries, and supervisory roles.
