<p>We are looking for detail-oriented and success-driven Event Staff to join our team for a high-end spirits and food event in San Francisco, California. This position is contract-based and requires individuals who excel in customer service and event operations. • Previous experience in event operations, customer service, or ticketing is highly preferred.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.<br>• Proven ability to address and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Availability to work the entire duration of the event without interruptions.<br>• Familiarity with ticketing platforms or willingness to learn the Ticketsauce system.<br>• A detail-oriented appearance that aligns with the event's all-black dress code.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth event operations.
