• Previous experience in event operations, customer service, or ticketing is highly desirable.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.<br>• Must be available to work the entire event duration, including early setup.<br>• Familiarity with ticketing platforms, such as Ticketsauce, is preferred.<br>• A detail-oriented approach and presentation to align with the event's high standards.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle various responsibilities during the event.
