If you have a passion for real estate finance and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to contribute to our mission.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related real estate finance documents.</p><p>• Conduct thorough due diligence on complex affordable housing transactions.</p><p>• Review and assess third-party legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Represent the firm in direct communications with clients, public agencies, housing developers, and service providers.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to manage all stages of real estate financing transactions.</p><p>• Provide guidance on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) programs and other affordable housing finance initiatives.</p><p>• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all legal documentation and communications.</p><p>• Support organizational goals by managing multiple projects efficiently and meeting deadlines.</p>

• Licensed attorney with active bar membership.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, including affordable housing transactions.<br>• Proficiency in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) programs and related legal frameworks.<br>• Strong skills in negotiating contracts and drafting complex legal documents.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee intricate real estate transactions.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
