<p>We are looking for a motivated Attorney/Lawyer to join our respected personal injury law firm in San Rafael, California. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their expertise in personal injury litigation and gain valuable courtroom experience. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. This role is also for candidates interested in taking a step back from litigation and focusing on pre-litigation tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating effectively in both pre-trial and trial proceedings.</p><p>• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.</p><p>• Analyze and interpret legal statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to personal injury claims.</p><p>• Maintain timely communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.</p><p>• Participate in settlement negotiations to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.</p><p>• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.</p><p>• Review and organize evidence to build strong arguments.</p><p>• Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices related to personal injury law.</p>

• Active attorney license in the state of California.<br>• Minimum of one year of experience in civil litigation.<br>• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Familiarity with discovery procedures and techniques.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
