This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment and civil rights cases, requiring a strong background in litigation and advocacy. The ideal candidate will thrive in trial settings and demonstrate expertise in handling complex legal matters.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent plaintiffs in employment and civil rights litigation, advocating for justice and fair treatment.</p><p>• Prepare and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather evidence and build compelling cases.</p><p>• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation and courtroom representation.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.</p><p>• Analyze case law and legal precedents to support arguments and strengthen cases.</p><p>• Handle employment litigation cases, addressing workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.</p><p>• Engage in civil rights litigation, defending clients' constitutional and legal protections.</p><p>• Participate in trials, presenting cases effectively to judges and juries.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices throughout all case proceedings.</p>

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.<br>• Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly on the plaintiff side.<br>• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Proficiency in conducting discovery and managing case evidence.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in employment and civil rights litigation.<br>• Ability to handle trial proceedings with confidence and professionalism.<br>• Excellent analytical and research skills to support case preparation.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and legal teams.
