<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception through resolution.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.</li><li>Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.</li><li>Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.</li><li>Manage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, depositions, and settlement negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide strategic legal advice.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.</li></ul>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>J.D. degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active California Bar license required.</li><li>3+ years of litigation experience (complex litigation preferred).</li><li>Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.</li><li>Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li></ul>
