Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires</li><li>Administer benefits and compensation programs</li><li>Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution</li><li>Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations</li><li>Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and procedures</li><li>Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities</li><li>Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience with HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team</li></ul>
